Try before you buy
Pulsaria includes a 14-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial is the primary way we want you to evaluate Pulsaria — and the reason most refund requests never need to happen.
After the trial period ends, the application switches to read-only mode. Your data remains visible, but new entries cannot be added until you purchase a licence.

14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a Pulsaria licence and decide within 14 days of the purchase that it is not for you, we will refund the full amount you paid. No paperwork, no justification required.
To request a refund, send a short email to contact@one-pixel-ahead.com with the email address you used at checkout. We aim to respond within two business days.

How refunds are processed
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Once we approve your refund, Paddle credits the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days. We have no influence over that part of the process beyond initiating the refund with Paddle.
On refund, your Pulsaria licence is deactivated and the application will return to read-only mode after its next licence check. Your locally stored data remains untouched on your devices.

EU consumer rights (right of withdrawal)
If you are a consumer domiciled in the European Union, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB / Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU for distance contracts, including digital products.
The standard withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of purchase. Our voluntary money-back guarantee in Section 02 mirrors this period and applies regardless of where you live.
For digital content delivered without a tangible medium (which includes Pulsaria), the right of withdrawal can in principle expire early once you have given express consent for the contract to start before the withdrawal period ends. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout — your full 14 days remain available.

After the 14 days
Beyond the 14-day window, refunds are at our reasonable discretion. If something is genuinely broken — for example, a serious bug we have not been able to fix, or a compatibility issue we did not disclose — please email us anyway. We would rather refund a frustrated customer than keep a payment that does not feel right.
